Referral Commission Program Terms and Conditions
- Program Overview
1.1. The referral commission program (the “Program”) is offered by OCTO Safe, hereinafter referred to as “Company.”
1.2. The Program is designed to reward individuals or entities (referred to as “Referrers”) for referring new customers to the Company.
1.3. By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to comply with these terms and conditions in their entirety.
- Eligibility
2.1. Participation in the Program is open to individuals and entities aged 18 and above.
2.2. Company employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.
- Referral Criteria
3.1. To qualify for a referral commission, Referrers must refer new customers to the Company who meet the following criteria:
Must be new, unique customers who have not previously purchased products or services from the Company.
Must make a qualifying purchase as defined by the Company.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to determine the criteria for a qualifying purchase, which may vary by product or service.
- Commission Structure
4.1. Referrers will receive a commission on each qualifying purchase made by the referred customer.
4.2. The commission structure and rates are subject to change at the discretion of the Company. The current commission rates and structure will be made available to Referrers through their Program dashboard or communication from the Company.
- Payment
5.1. Commissions will be paid to Referrers through the payment method specified by the Referrer during their Program registration.
5.2. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, and a minimum commission threshold may apply before a payment is processed.
- Tracking and Reporting
6.1. The Company will provide Referrers with tracking and reporting tools to monitor the status of referred customers and commissions earned.
6.2. The Company’s tracking system is the sole method for determining the eligibility of referrals and commission amounts.
- Prohibited Activities
7.1. Referrers may not engage in any fraudulent, unethical, or inappropriate activities to generate referrals. Such activities may result in the immediate termination of participation in the Program and forfeiture of any commissions earned.
- Termination
8.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time without notice.
8.2. Referrers may also have their participation in the Program terminated at the Company’s discretion if they violate these terms and conditions or engage in any activities that are detrimental to the Company’s reputation.
- Confidentiality
9.1. Referrers may have access to confidential information about the Company’s products, services, and customers. Referrers agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
By participating in the Program, Referrers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
